WEBSITE OR ANY OTHER WEBSITE WHICH MAY BE REFERENCED OR LINKED TO THIS WEBSITE.
Warranty & Returns
All goods are covered by
their respective manufacturers warranties. Products listed as "factory recertified"
usually carry a shorter warranty. These recertified units have never been
released to public and come directly from manufacturers factory. Please contact us for more detailed
information.
In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged, you must
contact us within 3 days of the date of delivery in order for us to arrange a
replacement or provide a refund.
You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items to us. We
will in turn be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to you. This
applies to all returns without exception. You will also be responsible for all
overseas shipping costs in the event that items need to be shipped back
overseas.
Any goods returned (within 7 days of invoice date) that were purchased in error
will be subject to handling and re-stocking charges of 20% of the original goods
value. This applies to all such returns without exception.

Australia Post COD (Cash on Delivery) will also be
offered for customers requesting the service, but a surcharge of $8
applies and deposit of 10% of the total is required prior shipment.
