ENTIQUE SYSTEMS ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRORS OR
OMISSIONS IN THIS
WEBSITE OR ANY OTHER WEBSITE WHICH MAY BE REFERENCED OR LINKED TO THIS WEBSITE.
Warranty & Returns
Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts or otherwise affects your
statutory rights under the Trade Practises Act 1974 and other relevant
legislation.
In addition to your statutory rights, are cover by a
voluntary warranty offered by the manufacturer. The period of this warranty
varies for each good but will not be less than 3 months. You might elect a
3-year international warranty upgrade which will apply in addition to you
statutory rights and voluntary manufactures warranty.
In order to offer you low prices some of Entique Systems
stock is imported from overseas, all goods are authentic and genuine.
As we sell a lot of bulk wholesale stock, packaging might
look different then stock purchased through retail shops. All goods ship in
original manufacturers box. Many manufacturers provide different warranty terms
for products purchased outside Australia. Therefore, please read the product
listing carefully to ensure you are fully informed about the manufacturer’s
voluntary warranty that applies to the good you intend to purchase Some stock might be classified as "recertified" or
"clearance" stock by manufacturers. Please check for more details.
If your goods are delivered faulty or damaged or not as described, please
contact Entique Systems as soon as practicable to arrange a replacement or
refund. In the
event a replacement is unavailable we will issue a refund.
You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items to us. We
will in turn be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to you.
Any goods returned (within 14 days of invoice date) that were purchased in error
will be subject to handling and re-stocking charges of 20% of the original goods
value.
Note: Seiko watches need to be returned to Entique Systems for repairs
under warranty

Personal cheques and money orders will also be
accepted as payment, but will be subject to clearance before shipment.

Australia Post COD (Cash on Delivery) will also be
offered for customers requesting the service, but a surcharge of $8
applies and deposit of 10% of the total is required prior shipment.

All postage is handled by Australia
Post or Australian Air Express Courier if not requested differently.
